The “multi-stage binary optical digital light field overlay writing mode” and “grayscale digital template” can improve the direct laser writing efficiency of micro/nano 3D morphology by 2n times through light field grayscale control and integral writing.
The “key technology and equipment for roll-to-roll nano imprint” developed by SVG has solved the major industrial problem of continuous preparation of multilayer transparent circuits on thin film surfaces and realized large ultra-precise flexible circuits (line width 3 μm) without metal etching.
“Flexible micro/nano additive manufacturing” has perfectly addressed the environmental problems of the flexible electronic etching process and created a green production process for ultra-precise transparent circuits. It has also realized advanced manufacturing of eco-friendly flexible circuits with higher precision, reliability, and efficiency.
The “continuous growth” micro/nano 3D printing system MiPrinter achieves a light field scanning exposure rate of more than 5,000 times per second and balances the high precision and high efficiency of 3D printing, breaking through the technical bottleneck of conventional 3D printers.
